My first blog post

I’ve been asked why I need my own website.The answer is simple but complex. Simple because the idea started out as a one page web presence to attract people who use…… bitcoin.  That’s right, bitcoin. You are probably wondering what the heck that is…lol. The bitcoin bug hit Vegas and I monitored the activity at the "D" and Golden Gate casinos downtown and the bitcoin ATM machine on the strip generating huge revenue. Then I noticed a local bitcoin website (http://bitcoinsinvegas.com/) with area merchants who accept bitcoin as payment. Figuring that thousands of people visit Las Vegas each week, one would assume that a small percentage of these people may want to spend their bitcoin here…..why not try to get in on this. So I studied what it is, why it’s getting bigger and here I am willing and ready….lol

I've always felt I didn't need a web presence. I've been in this business for 24 years and I have a long list of clients that have been with me for years. The referrals I get come from that core of clients. But now that I’m working in Summerlin, the demographics of people living up here are not the same as the other areas of the valley I've worked in. This will give me an opportunity to tap into this market as well. I've lived up here for 19 years and understand this area and I have some “out of the box” ideas.

So here I am with a new website, a blog page I don’t completely understand at the moment in what will be ...no doubt....a new chapter in my life.
