Upon opening the BodySpa Salons, Debbie Ritchey set out to create a perfect work environment for beauty professionals in the Las Vegas valley. Having been a hairstylist herself since 1980, Debbie’s goal was to create a space where the professionals could develop their individual businesses and thrive in their careers without the traditional Salon pitfalls.
